wanted buy or trade for a complete 223/5.56 upper

Just looking for a complete upper in .223 for my first ar build I can do all cash or some trade.
Carbine length not real hung up on brands I'm sure that will come later.

Second Vote for David. I bought a Sota Arms Stainless Steel upper in 5.56 a couple weeks ago and I love it. The price was what you are looking to spend and David is great to do business with as well!
