Wanted To Buy a Steel or Wood Work Bench for Shop

I need a work bench for the shop, I would prefer something at least 3 to 4 feet wide and 6 to 8 feet long.
Steel or wood frame (Prefer Steel)
Must be able to hold at least 200 to 300 lbs, mostly large pumps, motors etc.

What is your budget? I have one that will hold 2-3000 lbs. it has casters on it with a 1/2" top. I think it is a 6'x8'? will have to measure. Also has a Wilton vise attached if interested.
