Darn what did I miss?
This pawn shop getting frustrated that not everyone loves pawn shops and wants to sell their guns for 50% of retail, and then insulting the whole of ODT for expressing our opinion, then the Moderators deleting everything. which will likely happen to this post as well.
hmmm, wish i would have caught this before it was cleaned up, but o well. I dont think anyone was being hard on them at first, just asking questions that were straight forward. NOt all like Pawn Shops, and that is a right they have. I have been screwed over by a pawn shop, but do not hate all other pawn shops due to that. But the likelihood of me dropping in on a pawn shop is near zero. I would prefer to sell here.

Naw... It got pretty rough. I know these guys. Nice family trying to make a living like everyone else.
I dont hate pawn shops, I just wont sell to them. The main contention was that they offer horrible prices for guns, $300 for glocks, for example, but when confronted that when I went in, everything new and used was over MSRP, it got ugly.
I said I'd be happy to purchase from them when their prices were in line with their competition, then they called us outdoorshaters and it went downhill.

I only have beef when youre obscene about your pricing, when you buy high, selling high is fine, I understand you have to pay the bills, but if you pay half retail for anything, and then sell for more than retail, youre gouging. Thats why people had beef.

if they adjust to compete with their competition, let us know, and ill give them another chance. we all have our bad days.

Did anybody get one of their $400 g3 glocks?
Those are gone. First time I went in there they had a beautiful Wilson... Good price... It went away with a trade plus cash. I should have gotten that one.
