Ruling it is not a firearm and taking it off registry it technically will not be covered by 2a ........How does the registry "protect" them? Any banning legislation simply names the offending evil item and they're gone. NFA simply says "if" you trade in these items, these are the rules. Does nothing to say you must allow trade of those items.
