We got ‘til 1am on the HPA/SHORT Act🚨

Its being reported that the HPA and Short Act was put back into the bill, however, they have removed the $200 fee, but still has to be registered...........with wait times.

A right delayed is a right denied......in the words of MLK Jr.
As the bill stands right now, they are not in there. It is possible for it to be changed but very doubtful at this point.

I looked for other sources, NRA is the only thing i could find.

Well that is good. Not as good as it could be but, better than nothing I think.

Absolutely no better. With zero tax then it is nakedly a registry which is blatantly unconstitutional.
I don’t want to give the government a dang thing, money or identity! But, I would rather pay a $200 tax and not be on the NFA registry than get a free stamp and be on the registry. What’s the difference as far a free men owning the things that freedom allows? Freedom or Free Stamp….pick one.

I swear, the gun community has incrementally succeeded its God given rights for the sake of safety and security so much and so often, that the lame “we won’t tax you but we will put you on a list” crumbs from the tyrant’s table seem like some kind of banquet.

The right of free men to keep and bear arms unconditionally is God given. The courage to demand from the government to not infringe on inalienable rights?????

Same guys that say "Better than nothing, thank ya, Massa" espouse the opinion "I'm fine with being replaced in my own country as long as they come legally."
Our ancestors are ashamed.

I'm bowing out of this thread before I get banned.

Yeah me too, before somebody starts telling me about the virtues of a carry permit and a free registered can.
