We got ‘til 1am on the HPA/SHORT Act🚨

As if the entire NFA wasn't nonsensical enough, now you need a tax stamp to prove you paid a ZERO dollar tax.
Thank how much worser it coulba been if'n Kamal won. I reckon you'b a been happier if'n she'd a won!?

All I knows is I kin git muh silencer fer no $200 extry dollahs now! The wait is worf it!!!

NFA registration still required but the tax is now zero instead of $200.

That means we don't have to change anything under Georgia law to take advantage of this new federal law.

( any NFA weapon that is registered with the feds, even registered tax-free, gets an exception to the general ban on such exotic weapons under our state law.)

But, as somebody mentioned above this would be a good opportunity to consider putting suppressors, short rifles (stocked pistols), and short shotguns, into a trust rather than continuing to own them as an individual. Historically this type of transfer has always been a tax paid transfer but now it can be a tax free transfer.

1422 recorded deals on an online gun forum and you don't think you're already on a government watch list?
Them knowing you own a suppressor isn't gonna change anything
Sure it will. He'd be on a different list. The "willing to bend over" list.
