Congratulations!

I had the opposite experience actually but after a few months I’m back to normal now since I got off those meds.

Yeah. I threw away the pain meds they gave me after a couple weeks. I took all the Narcotics to the Dr office on a visit thinking he had some safe disposal? Nope he just threw them in the trash can. LoL
I didn’t want to recover from accident and injury with a pain med or Narcotic addiction for years after. No thanks.

Glad you are off the Meds. They can be a big problem for people.

Thats awesome! I did basically the same thing doing carnivore and absolutely no exercise at all other than the walking I do for work.

I lost 60lbs from April to July last year. I have kept the weight off so far but now I'm pushing to get down to 275 now. I started at 354 at my heaviest down to 289 at my lowest. I'm currently right around 302. So 27lbs more!

Congrats, it is a continously effort to stay there as we age...
I went on a similar journey 3 years ago going from 350# down to 280# . That was my goal, I stopped the watching what I ate and gained 40# back..
January I started the carnivore diet @ 320# today I am at 291#. My goal this time is 250ish.

6'4" and 350 was my highest at age 53. My goal now is to stay below 300#
