Well heck, My white blood cell count is 17,900 and the nurse said something about discs being abnormal....................

I quit September 14, 1977.
Same day I forced my mother to quit, three days before her death.
Wasn't that hard for me, I'd only been smoking 22 years at that point.
22yrs is a long time. Took me @ 13 months. Slowly. But once I did, I pretty much stayed quit. I only had a very short relapse just after I quit. Haven't smoked since

Been smoking since I was 16 and 52 now. I use to buy smokes at the pool halls I hustled at as a teenager out of a candy machine. Smoked 4 packs a day on 72 hour missions in Iraq. That really got me hooked.

Time to quit or die now though.

Yep, like everything else when you get a little age on you

I feel bad that GOD and Jesus have to keep saving me from myself.
Suck it up and drop the coffin nails.

Show some sack.(not literally)

Once Saved Truly Saved is all that it takes. God don't make mistakes, we do. When God truly saves you, you can't lose Salvation, but if you can go down that same road, that's your choice not God's. A daily walk with Christ consists of asking God daily to forgive us of our wrong doings. If you've been saved, truly saved you don't have to have someone to tell you, you know it, God will convict you of it. All it takes is to ask God daily to forgive us.
