I got the old rifle out last night and polished a little flaky red stuff off the action and barrel, then slapped some W40 on it. Maybe this will keep that flakey stuff down for a while. I also check the firing switch and its at 765.44g. with no wabbles or scratching its nice and firm..


I found these in the back of the shed, I think I might go with them.

I'd recommend keeping the flaky red stuff in the barrel...it makes it shoot straighter
