I got the old rifle out last night and polished a little flaky red stuff off the action and barrel, then slapped some W40 on it. Maybe this will keep that flakey stuff down for a while. I also check the firing switch and its at 765.44g. with no wabbles or scratching its nice and firm..


I found these in the back of the shed, I think I might go with them.

I'd recommend keeping the flaky red stuff in the barrel...it makes it shoot straighter

Well dang, I cleaned that out with a steel coat hanger and OOOO steel wool last night.

Yeah I definitely clean my rifle all the way through after a match even tho I only fire 100 - 200 rds

Have any of you guys ever shot Aquila match ammo? Same price as eley club at a gun store in jasper and wanted to hear some on it if it were any count or not.

Ran great in my CZ. My Vudoo on the other hand didn’t love it.
