I’ve got a slightly non-typical rifle that I need a bit of threading & re-crowning work done on.

It’s got a goofy 5/8-18 TPI & I’d like to have that mess removed & new threads applied in either 11/16-24 or 3/4-24.

Who are the Master Dethreader & Rethreaders on the west side now that the Dobbs dudes are retireded?

You got enough barrel to lose an inch or so? No way to keep the same barrel length and rethread it to either of those options. Also what's the firearm?

Yes enough barrel.

22”’ Ruger M77 II in .375 Ruger.

Muzzle diameter is ~ 0.870”

It has 5/8”-18tpi right now & so want to go to either 11/16”-24tpi or 3/4”-24.

Chad at Argos Ordnance in Locust Grove just did a Ruger M77 for me.

It was a 1/2-24, we did a rethread to 1/2-28
