I have recently bought a Mossberg 20 gage turkey gun. Tired of the 3 1/2 inch, though it got me a lot of turkeys. The choke that came in the 20 gage is a .584 by Mossberg. I bought a Cabelas Black MAXX .575 thinking I may go to TSS when some comes available. The Black MAXX puts about half the shot in a target that the stock choke does, using Winchester DoubleX lead shot. So I am going to return it. To my fellow hunters: If you are shooting TSS in a Mossberg 500 20 gage with good results, what choke are you using? or, if you are shooting Winchester Longbeard in the same gun with good results, what choke are you using? I don`t need guessing or theories. I can do that. Looking for actual experience with TSS.

Indian Creek makes one of the best TSS choke you can get, if you're shooting Winchester longbeard I would use Carlsons Longbeard XR choke, its made specifically for that ammo.
I run a Jebs on my 12 gauge. Patterned great at 50 yards.
I like a modified with the 20 Gauge TSS.
9 or 7 shot?
You want to use #9 TSS dont waste your money on any other size TSS.
I use a trulock pinhoti .585 with tss.
