What company modifies gemtech suppressors?

I thought I saw a company somewhere that modifies gemtech and other suppressors to be serviceable. Anyone know who does that?

I don't much like how the outback 2 is not cleanable other than spraying some crap in it and shaking it up. I sprayed kroil in it and shook it up really good several times. Rinsed it with water and then blew it out with compressed air. Needless to say that was not very effective.
