In-laws on Thursday, cooking here at home on Sunday. I'm responsible for the turkey. Going to bake it in the oven with cajun spices
Spatchcock turkey smoked over cherry wood. Haven’t decided on desserts yet
Smoked turkey....brother roasts one so..2 turkeys. Collards, Mac and Cheese, and apple cake. Baked it yesterday
Oh yes. Those are great. Juicy inside but crispy outside.
