What is lead for casting bullets go for?

thanks guys. What makes foundry certified?..... One of the ingots is 5 pieces poured at one time, atleast I think as they are connected and about 4 inches in diameter with "SEITZINGERS" on 2 of the bottoms and "MISSOURI ATLANTA" on 2 bottoms and a "M" in the middle. Is the writing a mold makers mark or something?

That is pure plumbers lead. Should be a dark gray color. I had some marked MISSOURI (Five 5 lb ingots to a chain). I paid $1.00 per pound 15 years ago at a plumbers supply in downtown Atlanta.
