The receiver is the machine gun. Not the barrel. I would distance myself from this little jewela full auto sub-machinegun that has the bbl plugged so it can only shoot blanks? Apparently everything else is fully functional...
that's what it is, a movie prop gun...was originally a fully functioning weaponNot sure of the legality but I know that's how the movie production companies get away with it.
Well I saw a cable show years ago and can't recall the name where they visited Stembridge Gun Rentals in California. I do remember they said that they had a Class 10 FFL which I had never heard of and didn't know existed. It seemed like a waste because they had a room FULL of Thompson sub guns. But everything they had in their inventory had premenantly plugged barrels. Back then I didn't realize that blanks were black powder and wouldn't cycle a semi or full auto action. So the barrels had to be plugged not only for safety and legality but also to function with blanks. I would imagine they all run pretty dirty.that's what it is, a movie prop gun...was originally a fully functioning weapon
