What is the most comfortable carry set up you've found?

Yep, everyone has there own preference. Mine is a Glock 36 45 in a Cook's IWB at about 4:00.

Comfort is important or you won't carry consistently, but it must be balanced with function. IMHO, anything smaller than a 9mm and you are sacrificing that functionality. On the other hand, high capacity is not that important for a SD weapon. The outcome of most SD situations is determined by the first two or three rounds fired. Comfort is also why I use an IWB holster. If you have to wear a garment that is too hot to conceal the weapon, you won't carry the weapon because you won't wear the garment. A slim single stack is quite comfortable in the right IWB holster.

M&P9 full size in crossbreed supertuck at about 4:30. Very comfortable and thats with an old wore out leather belt.
S&W 442 in the pocket when I cant cover up the iwb rig.

P3AT in a back pocket holster. All day every day for about 8 years now. If I want to carry something bigger, a CM9 in a comp-tac M-tac. Super comfortable.

I read that when you IWB carry a pistol with a rubber grip (such as a Hogue), the shirt rides up on the rubber grip when you bend over, but this can be remedied with wood grips. Can anyone substantiate this?
