Usually numbers like that are from a issue or rack number stamped or engraved from when the kit was a actual issued military weapon.

You've got a Romy G Rear Sight Block and trunnion. The forend dong (heh heh) is Romy G. The stock is not (no black stripe).

If you buy this and want to have it built correctly feel free to contact me. We can trash the old receiver and do it correctly. The kit looks to be in good shape. Would make a nice gun if done correctly.
