What to do with an 80 % lower

I was given an unmarked lower that appears to have everything milled out except the area where the trigger goes. Anyone know who could finish it ?

They make a few jig kits to finish it up. Ideal to use a drill press and or mill to finish it up.

An ffl can finish it for you. Its manufacturing, so you or someone with a mfg license can do it

If I were you I would google the joys and just buy them and do it yourself. Prices on the jigs have come way down

An 07 FFL can finish it for him but only an 07 and he will be filling out a 4473 when it is finished.

Anyone doing it other than himself totally defeats the reason for having an 80% lower. I lot of people have gotten into trouble for "assisting" people in completing there lower. There is ton's of great videos on the subject, but it is not nearly as easy as a lot of people make it out to be but it is not impossible either.
