we already talked to his parents and got the usual "my son doesnt talk like that" and the "he didnt mean it" and then the famous "hes not killing your son".

100% Sherriff and principal's office. This kid needs a life lesson.

Absolutely! Anytime a kid does something like that and refers to school that's a serious offense and the school won't take it lightly believe me. The kid would be lucky not to get suspended over that.
