You could always tell the parents as long as it's not recorded, "Since you're so confident your child won't do anything, whatever happens to my kid will happen to you ten fold ..."

I had to look it up. I would keep my kid off roblox, even if it meant no phone or computer.
I would first contact the Chief of the PD to make sure he is aware that the threat was ignored. If he was then I would notify the GBI which if they get involved you can be assured the Mayor and City Counsel would know real quick. May be just a lazy, dumbass cop that took the call but Chief needs to be aware of what his officers are doing or not doing.
