this beautiful Memorial Day weekend? I've been babying two large Boston Butts since 4:30 this morning. Dang I'm ready to eat.

worked till 11:30 last night at Indian Creek Baptist Church Memorial weekend gospel singing so I just got up? Going let my son do grilling with bunch of thick center cut pork chops with tater Salid and baked beans. I got to be back at work five at church so I'm laying around watching old war movies.

It's a Vision. It's a ceramic Kamado, not sure I'd call it a green egg clone. Love it. Best $299 I ever spent.
