What's the deal with leaving feedack

Worked worked this morning. Go figure......
Sometimes on the feedback questionnaire, I use the first empty spot but that is the URL so my feedback is not accepted, but then I realize I used wrote it in the wrong spot
Had that happen a few times as well. Very confusing.
