What's the deal with Wuhan, China?

It all started in a seafood/animal market in Wuhan. Believed to be a zoological virus.

Almost every media outlet and the CDC have confirmed @rtross post. I don't have a dog in this fight or believe much of what I read from media tabliod sites. The following however is fact, and it makes one wonder just what happened.

It (the seafood/animal market) sits some 20 miles from the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory, which housed dangerous pathogens including SARS and Ebola.

I will try to get this info. We were at our office, and one of my colleagues said he read it. I will ask him!
But it makes sense. Remember the "zika virus" ? I've heard that it was also man made, in laboratory... with the excuse to combat mosquitoes with another powerful mosquitoes.... (something like that)
