I use to know a fella named “DICK”, we Gave him a hard time lol.
Ok I worked with a guy named Patrick Earl Nuss his older brother was one grade ahead of him and they both played football in Highschool. Sooo... they had to put their initials on their jersey. P. Nuss. 
Had a customer named Joe Yurchakonis always called him joe youre chokin us.
David Masengil was one of my favorites.
When I was shop foreman at Courtesy Ford a lady came to the service counter and plopped down her card. True story the name on the card was Shirley A. Dick. I calmly asked, whats the A stand for? She replied, Anita,,, I had to excuse myself to the parts room to avoid bursting out in laughter.
Best friend back home Richard Brown we called him Dick for short.

My friend named laden force
The town I grew up in had a local drunk that everyone new, his legal name was reddon harry dick. He went by Red.
Also worked with Richard Head. It was RICHARD. He was humorless on the subject.
My grandfather witnessed a German soldier rushing an American machine gun bunker. The gunner hit the German right square in the face with a burst, caused his head to explode but his body kept running and fell into the bunker killing the 2 Americans
