I had a rock river AR for sale a while back. Someone offered me a sears single shot 12g and 100 bucks. I also had a guy offer me a log splitter for a custom 1911.

Nothing special just a typical low ball of literally 50% of my asking price for a gun I had just posted. I always just ignore the obvious lowballs, but then 5 minutes later I got another message for 55% of another gun I had just posted right after the 1st. At that point I sent him a choice message about lowballers needing a life.

iv had a few. had a guy offer me foodstamps and cash for a gun i had. another offered me like 10 cases of super cheap whiskey and 2 cases of super cheap wine. i cant tell you how many gps offers iv had....

It's not ridiculous in and of itself. What makes it ridiculous to me is that I accepted the offer without condition. Got no reply for several hours, then got one telling me "sorry was away making another trade" but then no replies to any more msgs for a few days...Then one msg asking about another gun I have for sale...No reply to that answer. HE CAME TO ME with this trade offer! I guess I shoulda offered a cyber-handshake? Maybe that means something when a man's word apparently means nothing. Now I see he has it up for sale
