whats your choice?

I am not talking about a single 2 inch thick piece of wood. I am talking about 4 2x8s stacked like you described, Post a video of it and I will be impressed.

No problem... I dont know why you think that this will/would be such a great feat... Pick your caliber. 9mm?.40?.45?.38?.44 (which we both know would be pointless)?
I shoot this spool ALL the time. From varying distances, yes. I think the only round I have thrown at it that hasnt went through is .22 and some shotgun shells.
I am not talking about some special spool or anything. There is no trickery here. I work for Southern Nuclear and brought one home they were going to scrap. It is atleast 6 feet tall and no more than 4 foot wide (becasue it fit between the fender wells of my z71).

haha check your physics, or tell all those pieces of wood that float that they are breaking the laws of physics.

Just a heads up, wood is not denser than flesh (which is mostly water).

Touche..... You win on that argument. Although you do realize the point I was trying to make, Putting a bullet through, lets say my 270lb ass, would be easier than putting one through 6" of treated lumber.

Ive found that in most cases the hornady "zombie" ammo is cheaper than the normal critical defense as they are one in the same just polymer colors are different is all.,.now the question is if I have to use my weapon to defend myself and we are in court is the D A going to use that against me as how I shot the suspect with a round that states on the box not for humans?? Living one anyways..

This is true, but wood isn't fluid and wont move out of the way as a bullet passes through. What would hurt worse, getting hit with a water balloon or a similar size/weight piece of wood?
