so got a new stainless 10/22 with the threaded barrel and looking at other stock options. it currently has the plain synthetic stock on it and im thinking about the side folding butler creek stock but wondering if you all have any recommendations.

Butler creek side folder is best for me . I got one on my 10/22. & mini 14 also
I have the Archangel Nomad G36 conversion for a little something different.
Zimmerman Arms receiver and ACE stock would be my favorite, but ZA has temporarily and possibly permanently shut down production. The next in line is the Hogue overmold. Depends on if you just want to replace the current stock with something similar, go more tactical, or go more for accuracy.
