I did some brisket, when Kroger had um on sale a couple months ago.....a slightly different taste, BUT VERY good as well....I'd eat either!!!
I had an issue with the second grind on my brisket.....couldn't run it through my "fine" grinder blade....too much silver skin, and other stuff...kept clogging up the blades....next time I grind brisket, I'm going to go through, and take out some of the silver skin, and other tuff parts....still good!!
