What's your favorite ground beef/venison recipe?

I did some brisket, when Kroger had um on sale a couple months ago.....a slightly different taste, BUT VERY good as well....I'd eat either!!!
I had an issue with the second grind on my brisket.....couldn't run it through my "fine" grinder blade....too much silver skin, and other stuff...kept clogging up the blades....next time I grind brisket, I'm going to go through, and take out some of the silver skin, and other tuff parts....still good!!
grinding brisket is different than grinding rib roast.....

It sounds weird but another rice dish I like is ground beef, scrambled eggs, and green beans. I usually just season with soy sauce. It's super quick and actually really good. The grease/fat from the ground beef works really well with the starchiness of the rice. My mom called it "3 color donburi." (She was Japanese)

my son made some standard Velveeta, Rotel green chili tomato and venison sausage cheese dip and it was super.

I like 50/50 deer/beef with a few strips of bacon thrown in and grind it all together and make burgers. Good stuff.

I love venison for the leanness it has… anytime you can cut fat you are doing good 😊
