What's your favorite kind of donuts...or doughnuts?

Georgians don't know nuffin bout some Tim Hortons. That was my go to when I lived in Maine.

When I finally got up north a bit I was excited to try Tim Hortons. Tried it a handful of times but honestly wasn't impressed. Not terrible or anything, but I think just more of a cultural thing. Guess it was overhyped for me.

I like good crullers or shops that do a good bacon maple.

Packzis and Cronuts are the Zenith of Donut-kind.

My parents were from Poland, so I know the best Packziki's (correct Polish spelling) were my Mothers. She'd make so many of them they were always in a cold closet with a towel over them. She didn't use gel filling on them, they always had a prune or fig in the middle when they went in the oil, and they were so heavy that most times you could only eat one. I never expected to find some in the Kroger's in Fayetteville last week, and they weren't that bad if you warmed them in a microwave.

The best kind is cake donuts...it's a FACT! It can be from most any place or even out of a bag from the store. You can add some chocolate icing, powdered sugar, cinnamon or sprinkles - whatever. Just as long as they are cake donuts I'm happy.
