As bad as it pains me to say this, Birmingham Alabama is a toilet bowl and a half.

Macon is the worst place I've been to in Georgia, but ATL is horrible, too.

The worst place I've ever sat foot in is Lima, Peru. I have a friend that once was a missionary there, so we went to visit. It's 3rd world in every sense of the word. It truly makes you appreciate many things you take for granted.

Any city where the majority of the population act as if they belong in third world countries.

congregating in gangs and generally acting like a pack of animals.

Such acts should be able to be met with force enough to be effective, legally.
