Yep, my wife's 2006 Kia Sedona minivan has a 124R battery in it.. Walmart was $140+ for a battery. 3 yr warranty tho so I'll be replacing it every year for free just for ****s & giggles.. I'm going to always have a fresh battery on hand 😂

It happened to me to, I called AAA , they told me that I couldn't get the type of battery my car had because now they only last 3-5yrs. I had no choice. I paid $245

The one that was in my van was a AAA premium battery (only 3 years old)

If I had anything at home to eat I would have. Of course I could have eaten a MRE. But after the unpleasant experience of eating MRE'S at 0230 in the army, I opted for Waffle House.

When my buddy told me how much it cost to replace his car battery, I almost fell out of my chair....apparently in the last 5, or so years...battery prices have tripled...

$300 for my Sierra and they wouldn’t install the damn thing because you have to take out a cross bar that goes over the battery. “We aren’t allowed to do installs on this vehicle”

WTAF.

Had one place tell me there were too many electronics on my 2013 car….next place did it with no questions
