I have never been much of a fan of anyone driving my cars much less some valet that grinds the gears just trying to park it ! Lol.
I assume just park it myself

buddy of mine owns a quick change oil place and he and only one other there can drive a stick. in todays world how is a person expected to be able to text and drive aanndd change gears...

if youre a 16 year old learning to drive, where would you even have access to a stick vehicle? I'd be shocked if even 10% of families owned one

My 19 year old son just bought a stick shift pickup. We let him keep his other truck for a month while he learned to shift. He's doing pretty well now but it was funny teaching him.

My 20 year learned the same way I did. Motorcycle before he was legal driving age then transitioned easy to manual transmission in a vehicle. His car is an auto, but he wants a manual, because he gets it.

LOL, all are good points. First vehicles I ever drove were manuals. I think that should be that way for everyone. That's like going through life no knowing how to swim. You learn to drive a manual and you can drive anything
