I've decided that it's impossible to stand up without make "the noise".
If you're over a certain age then you know exactly what I mean.
I'm OK if it doesn't hurt. If it does, then gotta check it out......
Pain is nature's way of letting you know you're still alive...don't worry until it stops hurting.
If I ever woke up and nothing hurt...then I'd be worried.
With me, fine line between pain and not functioning. Been drove hard and put up wet most of my life. I can work around things fairly well. At least up to a point. I try my best not to take anything. Some days if I don't, I ain't functioning
