We bought 3 guns off a customer recently; two .38 Supers and a .400 CorBon.
One of the .38 Supers was a stock Series 70 Colt Combat Commander in Coltguard nickel.
.400 CorBon is an 80's-90's Springfield 1911 with a drop-in barrel.

I got this Super .38 Taurus a while ago, on ODT came with an extra mag. It's my Watch TV gun. It's a great shooter.
Ok…my only one….built on a RIA 9mm 1911 frame. I kept the entire slide so it can go back 9mm with a simple slide swap. I fit the grip safety, hammer, trigger, magwell, and ambi thumb safety, then Para13ellum ceracoted it for me. It’s a Fusion 6” slick slab slide, with a Fusion match barrel and bushing….runs great…
Every so often when I run into a Durango,sinalaon, with the 1000 dollar ostrich boots and the whole get up, they are usually toting a 1911, a lot of times in 38 super. These dudes love winchesters in 30/30, colts in 32 long , and colts in 38 super.
