It must be modified with a different "pocket" for delivery of small objects. Remove the fabric that's supposed to cradle the water balloon, take a leather football and cut it in half on a chop saw. Drill and re-inforce four holes on the edge for the surgical tubing to attach to, and you have a much better launcer with reduced chances of backlash.
