where to shoot long range? 1000 trds

i got me a NEW TOY! A BNIB SAVAGE BA10 338 LAPUA MAG W/ A MILITARY 308 SNIPER SCOPE! DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A long range shooting lane up to at least a 1000 yards to dope my scope?

I think fort benning is the only 1000 yard range. You'll probably want to start a little shorter for adjustments as most people cant shoot that far no matter what rifle/scope they have.

I just heard of a place in griffin that goes out to 1400yds and a place in Franklin that goes out 600yds.

Check with Chief and make sure you tell him what you have. He's not a big fan of the 338 Lapua and don't even THINK about shooting his steel with it. LOL!
