I had a '76 E150 long wheel base cargo van that I special ordered. 351 v8, Automatic, a/c, captain's chairs, carpeted. No rear seats. Non-standard paint color. I added an after-market cruise control and mag wheels.
Made trips to Daytona a couple of years hauling a bike inside for Bike Week (when I needed disc surgery and couldn't ride distances).

Reminds me of a pink van back in the day. Ford van, probably close to a 70 model. 351 Cleveland, side pipes. Had hearts all over it. Even the rear side windows were shaped like a heart. Pink shag carpeting in the interior. Mag wheels of course. Everybody thought it was cool. No it wasn't mine. But it sure sound good
Oh damn...I forgot about the diamond shaped windows in both sides and the chain steering wheel.
