I have actually looked at this property.

Biggest benefit is you can fill your deer limit of the deck, catching them coming out of the woods.

I thought it had a lot of potential for retirement, I could open my own sporting house, plenty of bedrooms and baths.

Seriously, the current politically correct name is "manufactured housing".

Reason I know this, a few years back, one of the tornadoes came through, TV was showing live coverage of the mobile homes blown apart, they interrupted the news to announce that the manufacturers association had called to protest that they were :manufactured homes". so please, let's be politically correct.

"Modular Homes" are built in a plant and assembled on site.
