Which pistol caliber SBR?

Looking to pick up a new 9mm pistol caliber SBR soon. I do not want a 9mm AR. I'm looking at the CZ Scorpion, MPX, and either a POF MP5 or MKE MP5 clones. I know the MP5 is very easy to SBR. And the scorpion is finally getting there. Followed by the MPX. If you could pick one, with cost not being a issue, what would you buy?

Do you have to have your form before they will give you a stock? I think that's how the Scorpion stocks are being done.
