Who all is frying a Turkey today?

I bake. Use a recipe handed down from my grandfather involving voluminous amounts of butter, white apple vinegar, brown sugar and red wine. There are a few other things too, but that's for me to know. Haven't tasted a fried turkey yet that stands up to the drunken turkey. Makes great leftovers and cold cuts too. Got two of these babies in the oven right now. Was up at 6:30 prepping them.
 
My youngest son is frying up the bird this year, he did it last year and everybody loved it. My son loves to grill stuff and use his fryer and he's apparently inherited my Dad's talent for cooking. My wife used always oven roast the turkey so she's glad to not have to deal with that this year and concentrate on sides and deserts. Now if 3:00 would hurry up and get here so I can blow this joint and go home!
 
Smoked turkey isnt bad either.....i smoked some wild pig on wed, Today turkey, tomorrow left over smoked pig, sat another smoked turkey, sunday i might have to fast.
