Yep, that's good to hear. Having a lawyer advice you about the advantages and drawbacks of a trust, and answering your questions, is WHY you should use a real lawyer for your trust (like Dean, or Kim, mentioned above, not just myself). When you buy a pre-written fill-in-the-blanks-yourself document you find over the internet, you may or may not have the right kind of trust, and even if the generic model you buy is suitable, you might not fill it out correctly or follow the right process in using it.
