Who eats Kimchi ?

I've had it a few times on top of Korean pork BBQ sandwiches. With that said, I cant truly say I tasted it, it was masked very well.

Give us an example of how you would eat it. CCW comes home from work and says I want some Kimchi.....take it away

I ate it in Korea and the Phillipines! If it is made the traditional way, it is fantastic!

Koreans eat so much, that they say"Kimchi" instead of cheese when getting photographed.

Had while In South Korea a while back....Pretty good...Never had it over here in the states though.

I ate kimchi as a kid, but I dont remember it looking like the picture posted. It was made by the Korean wives on base.
