If its the new CR prefix, they only say Carbine, no M4.

I’m not at the shop right now, but I believe they are stamped M4 CARBINE.

Like I said, I ain’t at the shop right now. Rollmarks are one of the parts of an AR that I pay the least attention to. I did, however, check out the BCG, feed ramps, etc.

Next time I’m back in the shop, if I remember, and if they’re still in stock, I’ll take a look.

I have no idea if it’s a CR-prefix. The serial number was lower on my list of stuff to look at than the rollmark was.

Incorrect. I have three different lowers with CR serial prifix that are marked M4 Carbine.
