Anyone going out west this year? I have my first elk hunt planned for October and can't wait.

I used to go to Wyoming for antelope or mule deer but the whole draw, points, etc. just got out of control. Looked at some guided elk hunts - I went to Africa instead in 2023. Will probably go back to Africa again before I do a guided hunt in US.

I went to SD for PDs a few years ago - group of PRS buddies headed to SD next year for PDs.

Buddy and I are doing an OTC Colorado Elk hunt. SO basically going to walk around for 6 days and see nothing 30th Bday present to myself. First real hunt in general. Haven't even shot a deer yet...

I have a SA hunting trip booked for August, 2026. I can’t wait!
