Who lives in Dekalb?

DeKalb here as well. Average cost of a home in my neighborhood 380k, most homes around our neighborhood 500-800k. Yea our neighborhood is bringing everyones property values down! Guy on the end of the street has been broken into 3 times so far... there are reports of "suspicious" cars and trucks reported all the time on the neighborhood facebook page during the day time.
I have a dog, monitored off site video and regular security service, and everything of big value is in our banks vault and everything else is on our safe, and we sleep with a suppressed 45 and a suppressed 300blk SBR next to us (wife has the SBR).
We sleep like babies...
If you really want what little crap we have in our home you are more than welcome to it. Just remember we will do our best to serve our junk with a side order of lead.

Im suprised there is anywhere left to live in dekalb. Stuff is always burning to the ground. On the news after they talk about two or three shootings in dekalb they move on to the apartment fires in dekalb.
I live in Dekalb, City of Dunwoody on a 27 acre lake. I love the location, taking the pontoon boat to the swim tennis. It's amazing to have this little piece of green space so close to everything.
I grew up off of Henderson Mill Rd. and the old neighborhood is still great but,,,,, when you leave the old hood it's a different place.
No rug rats...
I used to live in Lilburn for 20 years but trust me it's way better here.
