Thanks for reaching out! This is a pretty cool design! For one time designs, I don't really screen print because it would cost me a whole lot to create the screen. Generally in those situations I would use heat transfer vinyl. The problem with that method and this particular design is that there is so much texture to the design (especially in the masked guy) that it would be crazy difficult for me to reproduce that.
As a designer myself, and a girl with an incredibly severe conscience, I also would feel terrible copying someone else's design.

My wife an daughter have done a few vinyl transfer shirts and other clothing items using her cricut machine . Pretty neat stuff
