Confusing post.Do you mean you are not eligible for a gwl for whatever reason? One could assume you are not eligible to legally buy weapons from this post, please state if that is the case or not.

Had to edit my previous post. Unfortunately I will not be able to obtain my GFL, however I do need a Handgun and willing to pay 500 and maybe a little more for the right deal, or can go less just let me know what you have, I like glocks but will be open. No junk, No 380.
