only by grace of God I have hung on, pastor took my head in his hands and :said I know you have an arsenal and I want you to promise you won't do something crazy"
I looked him in the eyes and said " you got my word" and its been hard to hang my hat on that promise

Please know there are a lot of people that care about you and you would not want to break their hearts the way yours has been broken by doing "something crazy".. Keep strong faith and ask GOD to heal your pain and help you through this hard time. I'm sure your wife would want to know you are doing OK so talk to her in prayer and celebrate her life with you. I don't know you personally but still care about you because we are all brothers with GOD as our Father.
