Yep, up in my neck of the woods. About all I hunt is public land now. Play smart and be forgiving and it can be an enjoyable hunt.
Always. So far I heard back on getting Rum Creek for dove on the tenth.
Submitted for 2 areas but have not received notification yet. This is the first time So I'm not real clear how it works. I did receive an email that I was not selected for the quota alligator hunt, maybe next year.

Yes, they do. The ones I have done you have to call or write to get in. Of course, when I did the one at Oconee WMA I found they had an extra field for those that didn't get picked. They shot more doves than the quota field by ten.
Just got notification, I got Berry in Dec. Did a group with 2 other friends of mine.

how do the points work? i applied but when i sent the app in there was a 0 in the point box and i couldn't change it or anything!
If you apply and do not get selected, you get a priority point to increase your odds next go-round.
