Focusing on the front sight?When you watch videos of them once they find the target they never move their head. But their body will move all over the place to stay on target
Don’t think it’s from Oz, taken by an Italian so it might be European, so you could be right about a Marsh Harrier.Is the pic from OZ? If it is, I found one on the web just like it labeled "marsh harrier"...OZ has a swamp harrier which in sunlight might be the bird in this pic. If it isn't native to OZ and is therefore not hellbent on killing the photographer, I have no idea.
